JLA Movie
If anyone is interested I read yesterday in EW that a JLA animated movie is in serious talks at WB and that it may be about Infinite Crisis.

Re: JLA Movie
I'd be into that. Might just be a direct to TV/DVD one like the last Superman one.

Big screen or straight to DVD, I'd love to see it either way.

I agree completly. I love those guys. I'm mad at WB for getting rid of them and replacing their stuff. Hopefully we will see more though. I love what Dini is doing with Detective. Very nice to see Batman as the world's greatest detective again. I too am happy. :bounce

Re: JLA Movie
I think at least one of those projects is an adaptation of Darwyn Cooke's 6-part miniseries "The New Frontier"
it's an AMAZING comic I highly recommend it. Especially if you were a fan of the old Paramount Superman cartoons of the 1940s.
It starts at the end of WWII and moves through the Korean War and into the early 60s, showing the transition from Golden Age to Silver Age and putting the characters in a time frame that mirrors the real-life time when they were created / published. It's also great because it blends the Superhero, War, and Sci-Fi comics together seemlessly.

Re: JLA Movie
it's definitely direct-to-video, to compete with Ultimate Avengers and other Marvel dtv animated movies.
