"the easiest way to forget the mess that was B&R is to turn it into a drinking game...

take a shot every time arnold makes a cheezy ice-related phrase"

someone on the chud.com messageboard pointed out the other day that freeze makes an ice-pun an average of once every 30 seconds he's on screen...if you take other characters into the game...someone makes an ice-pun once every 2 minutes....skott

ps - try my batman begins drinking game...
take a shot every time someone says "fear" or a variation of...you'll never see him put on the mask...

I've played the Batman Forever drinking game. Every time it's on TV - instead of watching it I go out and get drunk.

Re: Brids of Prey TV

heh.

well, my response to the main topic of this thread.....

I was one of the ones who actually liked the series. I viewed it as an elseworlds spin off. I thought it brought a more reality based view into the super powered characters with the lack of costumes and such. I guess i viewed it as taking a cue from X-Men, "what would you prefer, yellow spandex?" ;)

I really feel this show wasnt given a fair chance. Towards the end it started to come into its own, but also at the same time WB started screwing with the time slots. Throwing alot of viewers into chaos when trying to figure out when it was going to be on. The final few episodes i thought were really good, which featured Clayface and a semi costumed Harley Quinn. I have all the episodes on tape and still watch them from time to time.

I actually even picked them up on DVD at DC. I liked the show in spite of it's issues. It was surely no worse than Smallville and that's been running like 5 years already. I mean just how many people out there were effected by "the meteor shower"? anyway. You would think some minor kryptonian last son would just seem normal after all those from "the wall of weird".
