Re: Halloween 2004 Costumes! Batman, Catwoman, and Cyclops (X-Men)
Yea, Sugar (the white German Shepard roaming in the pics) absolutely refused to lay down while we were taking those.
Oh well. She was a good sport when Gina was chasing her around all week in her mask and claws, meowing at her. It's amazing how putting those last minute finishing touches on costumes can really make people a little looney, or atleast have a good time with it.

Re: Halloween 2004 Costumes! Batman, Catwoman, and Cyclops (X-Men)
I love the belt. I've seen the recipe and finished product of the cheaperthandirt belt, and just felt like those pouches were too big. These are smaller (which can present a problem when adding "gadgets", but they are the perfect size for carrying the house keys and cash at the bar that night. I do have the pouches full of gadgets, they are cheap things that were laying around Haydon's room. No, I didn't steal them. He gave them to me happily when he found out that they were going to help Batman fill up his belt! :lol
The only negative I have is the length of the belt. My 36 inch waist fits the belt just fine in a Tshirt and short, but add the vinyl pants and chest armor, then it no longer reaches. I had to add an extension, which was no big deal.
Plus, for $5, you really can't beat it. Now if I am ever to make a full blown 89 suit, I'm sure I'll go with the standard belt, unless we are going to a bar or something. Need the pockets, because Catwoman sure doesn't have any place to hold the keys and cash! Well, I guess she does, but... :firemad
