My $180 Vader
Welp, here it is. Has the breathing sound and blinkings lights to boot. Seems a real attention getter at the office as well as haunted houses.
Thanks to Jason for the eye lenses!

That turned out great! I'm glad you were able to use the lenses. I was sweating a little bit because I didn't know if the lenses would get there in time for Halloween. - Jason M

That looks really great. For the price it looks as good as any other vader.

Can you break that suit down for me? How did that awesome suit only cost you $180 bucks! Great job!

Re: My $180 Vader
I'll ponder breaking it down. I don't really want to give out all my secrets, as I want to go into the biz of making and selling pieces myself. But I will say that what looks like plastic, is sturdy plastic. I have more pics to post when I have time.

Re: My $180 Vader
That's cool if you don't want to give a break down. I'm still just amazed. I would have thought that the mask alone would have been over $180. Then you've got the cape and tunic, gloves and all the other pieces. You've done a great job for $180. Now can you make me one complete for $180. LOL

Re: My $180 Vader
The body/arms/legs are even of a quilted material, but the camera doesn't pick it up that good. All black stuff seems hard to photograph.
