Re: UNDER ARMOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I'm not mistaken, Under Armor is a really fine micro fibre lycra type material. It's designed to keep you either cool or warm (depending on which variety you get). It also has a "compression" feature which is supposed to give your muscles extra support during extreme activity & supposedly cuts down on cramping & soreness. It's pretty comfortable to wear. It seems like it would be strong enough for most armor - at least I hope it is. I guess I'll find out pretty soon...
I think a few of the bros around here have used it successfully as an undersuit. Anyone else care to comment?

Re: UNDER ARMOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do they make a one piece version? Seems to me the waist band will ruin the look of the batsuit with the two piece.

Re: UNDER ARMOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So far I think I'm the only one who has used it for a movie suit,so to answer all UnderArmour questions:
It is super-light weight.
It conforms to your body perfectly.
It draws sweat away and keeps you cool and dry.
The armor glues to it very nicely with DAP.
Armor/fabric does not sag or bunch up.
After the armor,if you decide to apply latex,it goes on beautifully.(NOTE:once glue and latex are applied, these areas are probably no good for sweat absortion any longer. This is why I would suggest just gluing the very edges of the armor and latexing only the neccessary areas.)
With or without the armor,it will hug your body like a second skin. When you twist your arm,the fabric moves with your arm.
I think that about covers it. :)

Re: UNDER ARMOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Right now I'm doing my Panther suit. I have a 'Heat' shirt and 'Turf' pants. I couldn't find 'Heat' pants. Don't know if they make them.
My '89 suit is done with 'Turf'. I think it's the most light-wieght,but very strong. I think it depends on your own personal taste,or where you live,or when/where you plan to wear it,etc.,etc.
FYI,I did see a gray shirt the other day,but no gray pants. Still don't think they make them.
