Hollywood Costumes Generic Boots - Opinions
Has anyone purchased those generic hero style boots from hollywoodstudioscostumes.com? Just curious as to their quality since the price is reasonable. Thanks.

Don't know. Check your URL. I'm getting a search page. If you are talking about hollywood-costumes.com or hollywoodcostumesandparties.com (same place), I think you will find that nearly everyone on this board has an opinion on them. I've ordered 2 things from them. Had no problem with the first, and I'm still waiting on #2. Both their prices and shipping are high. I've always managed to find the same items (except for this last order, they were the only ones I found to have it) at a different store much cheaper. Shop around. You may find the same boots somewhere else.
There was also a post about a week or 2 ago about cheap generic boots. They were like $30 and super well made. Might as around about it.

i bought those boots. for the price you can't beat them. they zip up in the back and have a nice snug fit. i got the largest size available and i wear a size 10 1/2 wide and they fit comfortably.
yeh, shipping is high, but i've ordered several things from them and have had no problems.

Hey Logan. I got a pair of those too, except from another company. I did a buy it now on e-bay, so if you do a search there, they should come up. I put in "Batman boots." Anyway, for the price you can't beat them. If you need a pair of decent looking boots ready to wear really quick, these will do fine. Check e-bay first though before ordering from HC. I ordered mine off e-bay & they were here within 3-4 days.

I am going to order these as well. I figured they would look cool with the boot armor glued to them. I wear a size 11 and the ad said that was a medium. anyone that has already purchased them, did you have any problems with fitting?
