Well my current idea is to take either a cowl or maybe one of the larger Rubies begins mask(thought i think the ears are to far forward)and glue/attach cloth to the outside, and have that run it to the cape. Thats if you have a cloth cape, I don't know how well that idea would work for pleather or any of the other popular cape materials, but I'm going to try it with the Rubies mask to start with just to see how it will turn out

I found a successful technique for doing it but that was for a Returns or 89 look.
