Instead of glueing the bungee cord inside of the end resin wings, can't you just cast the resin directly over the bungee? I might not work as well, but just a thought.

Re: Making a working '89 Batarang...updated pics pg. 6
It would be more work and wouldn't really be any better. The problem is,even if I could,I'd only be able to do one side because the cord has to be fed through to the other sections.
I did think of that, but it would be more trouble than it's worth. :wink

I found Super Sculpey on a swedish site, im gonna order that clay.
Im still looking for material to make a mold though.
Would be alot thankful if someone gave me a name of a good mold material, rubber like that Blackwood Bat used.

Wow, John, to see a finished piece is absolutely AMAZING!!!! Did you mold it up? A kit might be an idea...

Re: Making a working '89 Batarang...updated pics pg. 11
Yeah, its been molded, but I made a new set of molds as I stated in my last post.
I made about 6 or 7 so far, plus a bunch of parts, but all the others are experiments,so this one is after all the problems were worked out...aside from the colored resin.
The others are basically trash, since not alot can be done with them.
