Well, I got the magnets in today and they are actually small enough for one to fit right in the middle of the belt links from top to bottom with enough space to move them around if need be. And It looks like there will be no problem mounting 2 on the left side of the gun to keep it square adn in place. Since there are 20 small magnets, I can put 18 of the on the links on the back and side too. I'll post pics later of them mounted on the links and on the gun with it hanging on the belt in the back.

i have already made a functional costume with smoke pelets,batarangs and grappling gun so if u have any ?'s dont hesitate to ask
