Why yes, yes it does.
That's not the worst though. The suit compresses the padding and constricts my chest making it just a little hard to breathe.

I wonder how well the chest part of one of these would hold up under spandex or a compression shirt.
For me size isn't really an issue, but I'd like more definition.

I tried that. Depending on how tight the outer suit is it'll crush it, especially when you move around.
