Re: Show me your capes amd tell me what fabric you used
As far as I know, Artsee's capes are all latex. I know that at one time, he was experimenting with some fabrics, and possible infusing fabric with latex, but the ones he puts up on e-Bay are latex. Someone who actually has one or the man himself can correct me if I am wrong.
Try posting on Artsee's site "Behind the Mask" or see if you can e-mail him. Paul's a nice guy and will help you if he can.

Re: Show me your capes amd tell me what fabric you used
Here's a shot of mine from last year:
I found fabric at Joanne's fabric here in SoCal...i believe it was called Royal Velveteen...my coworker made the cape and lined the inside with a basic cloth material and added the cape rods made from bicycle flags embedded in the outer edge to get the spread wing effect:

Re: Show me your capes amd tell me what fabric you used
I know one bro used a regular fancy black bed sheet for his begins cape, and it looked really nice. I flowed really well in the wind for a billowing look. Rupidupe, do you have a pic of the cape being worn? I think I'm about to make my own as well. There's some fabric I once saw in a Wal-Mart that was kinda stretchy looking and I think it'd be good for a cape.
