Whatcha got left to do to the sculpt? Are those rounded corners finished at this point?
And I vote for urethane castings. A higher shore than a cowl of course.

As I was planning originally, I'm planning on a shore 80 urethane for these. :up
And, definitely some resin copies for those who want them.
I'm going to cast 2 copies of this(without the fins) so I can sand that scar off the one section(left from trying to sand an area where the layers of foam joined, that wasn't sanding even with the rest of the curvature), and add the details unique to each side, on each copy. Then I'll have a right and a left. Then I'll sand each one glassy-smooth. :)
THEN will come the final moldings and castings of each one.
