I went with a satin black paint, and took pics to get your opinion. Look about right? Sorry for the crappy pic quality, I still have trouble taking good pics of black objects. :lol

They're mounted and ready for molding. I'm so stoked! :bounce

4 hours later and the new satin paint's still tacky. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? :huh

I painted this new satin paint straight over the old Fusion.

Should I prime it again and paint it all over?

Ok... I noticed a little test area I did before with the satin paint was still tacky also, so I figured the paint was intended to feel a little rubbery or somethin. I dunno. So I put a semi gloss paint over it and it dried properly. I'm gonna start molding tonight. :)

Fiberglass definitely. That stuff's almost bomb-proof. :lol

I don't really know how to work with it though. If someone cared to show me, I'd love to do gauntlets in this stuff. Heck, I'd love to do them in Kevlar or Carbon fiber. emoticon
