HAHA! I found in one of your earlier posts my answer (sort of):
«As of this version, the rear links will have steel like the rest of the belt, but it wont be recessed. They are also flat... Things change though..»
...that kinda clarifies things...
:lol

what can I say, you've nailed it. I've been following this from the start (as you know), and from early on, I knew the results would be top notch, seeing how you're dedicated to your craft. As for Rookie of the year, lets skip the ceremony and just give you the trophy. And I don't mean to be a «suckup», I mean it!
Now for my question, cause when ever I post, I have to ask something, right?
explain to me again how the pouches will attach to the back section of the belt, seeing how there's no metal strip? If you mentionned it before, sorry. :confused
There will be strips on the first 3 of the 4 back pieces. I just havnt cut them yet. I havnt decided if i will be recessing this part either.
The pieces are all steel, and the magnets will be in the accessories. With that said...I cant express enough how I dont want issues with this part of the belt. I want the accessories to stay put, but at the same time.. i cant have the magnets pulling off of the parts. This is going to be an "use sparingly" feature.

absolutely, I understand what you mean. Besides, i have a few «batarticles» that will be in «non magnetized pouches» (first aid kit, binoculars), so they'll be in the back. You should see the list of stuff I'm gonna put on this! I'll make sure its not too heavy, but it will be functional, and diversified ... :up

Re: KB TDK BELT... 3/9 update.. final pics until i have a finished belt.
wicked cool. :up
Alright, today's question is: I think you said before that you would offer this in two different shades. One lighter, one darker. is that still the case? If so, which one is this?
and for the functioning boxes, you have my support, I'll be needing a few!

This is actually the darker color. The pics on me are bright because I am standing in front of a sliding glass door and it is sunny here. The pics on the table are what the color really looks like.
lot of trivial work to do yet....

Re: KB TDK BELT... 3/9 update.. final pics until i have a finished belt.
I know this may be old news, but i just looked at a picture of a screen used belt and i think the buckle and side parts at the front are actually all one piece, made to look like 3 seperate parts o_o that would explain why there's no gap between them and they all have contours
