Re: my Batman Begins... foamies and resin (now with templates 7-21-08)
Actually this is the Begins armor. If I get the urge I may do something similar for the TDK suit but right now I'm focusing on begins, or maybe a hybrid between the Begins and the TDK suits. Look for updates later tonight. gauntlets, cape, and the rest of the chest. again not going to guarantee movie accuracy, but it's close.

My cowl off to ya! I can't wait for the update. I am going to start one of these as soon as I get some ink for my printer.

Re: my Batman Begins... foamies and resin (now with updated templates 7-23-08)
alright I lied to myself about not updating tonight. Got the update here. it includes the chest, and torso area, and some gauntlets. the gauntlet included is the right arm, but the left is the same only mirrored. Yes I got lazy and the files are a little out of order in the pdf. Sorry folks. the cape is next and maybe some arm details (bicep/tricep). additionally I'm working on getting the chest area a little more dimension instead of just stacked op foamies, but that's a thought in process so no drawings yet.Enjoy, and suggestions are welcome for how to improve.

Those look great! Do you think you could release the files about 10% because I printed them out and there kinda huge...

Re: my Batman Begins... foamies and resin (now with updated templates 7-23-08)
These were drawn for me, and I'm 6'-2 220lbs so they might be a little big for the general public. I'd say when you print form the pdf you can reduce them all be whatever factor you want. just set the page scale to 90% to get the 10% reduction you want

Re: my Batman Begins... foamies and resin (now with updated templates 7-23-08)
you're all very welcome I was using them to figure out how I was going to approach this suit, and since really the only thing I have invested is time. I figure why not share. We're all here to learn. each one teach one and all that. I'll try and get my veriosn of the cape up tonight. the cape is just going to be dimensions since it's rediculous to creat 8 1/2x 11's of a full cape. just the overall sizes. When alls said and done I'll probably assmble these in a nicer format, with some 3d steps of how to assemble and a snazy title block kinda like you see over at the ghostbuster prop sites. but for now, enjoy the v1.0.
