Re: '89 Glove Tutorial (Update- Finished Ribbing) See first post
A suggestion for the ribbing I used some wooden dowel rods about 12" long set them all side by side the hot glued them together from the back. Added a handle t them from the back as well with hot glue. Lay out your clay and press them into it and carefully lift it out. It will give you 1 piece of ribbing with as many ribs as you have glued together. it's a much cleaner look when glued to the glove and much easier to work with as well as far as covering up any seams on the glove.

Thanks for the suggestion bro! I will redo mine someday, using real leather, and your method. How thick were your dowels?
Could I do that, and just press it into silicone, creating a negative mold, and cast in urethane, or latex?
Thanks!

Re: '89 Glove Tutorial (Update- Finished Ribbing) See first post
Thanks for the complement, I just matched the size of the ribbing on the knuckles of the glove not sure what size they were. I made the ribbing on the Panthers the same way only using plastic dowel rods and a heat gun to bend them to the desired shape. Yes all in all both sets of gloves were very economical to make! I actually did make some panthers from scratch for a brother on here.
