I agree with your statements and I have to say: Ladies and gentlemen, we have a winner!

I only hope my cowls will one day look as flawless as that emoticon

Well done!

you have an amazing eye for symmetry, bravo my man. I hope my 24'' head will be able to fit in there! :band

oh and something I'm really curious about: have you tried wearing the fiberglass version? can your jaw move at all? I always wondered if a ¨hard¨ TDK cowl could be worn, with maybe (and somehow) a softer mouth strap to allow proper comfort.

It looks awesome!. One thing to think about is that depending upon the type of material you run it in, it can subltey change shape. i.e. foam latex will definately shrink some, and the eye shape will change to a certain extent, and the tilt of the ears will definately change, but that all depends on how you run the foam, dense or light, also if using slip latex, depends on if there are fillers that can make it shrink some etc. urethanes aren't supposed to shrink, but I've seen some that do a little. They always sculpt with regard to the material they will end up using, and how much shrinkage is predicted.
  again, awesome work.

Rev that is absolutely amazing and I have to agree with everyone else: this is the best tdk cowl sculpt yet! :up emoticon :band
