I then glued the hard plastic mask inside the rubber cowl and wrapped it all in tape to hold it in place while the glue dried.

As the neck in the cowl is massive I've decided to trim the back area around the velcro closure. Next I'm going to take it to a seamstress to have a zip put in to replace the zip.

Dont' go to a seamstress. I ended up taking off the head and shortening the Zipper on my morph suit for free by myself... the zipper in the cowl is as easy as finding a zipper the correct length and some super glue.
Check out my thread for the finished suit using the same morph suit you got.

Coming out great. Oh I agree, I have that same cowl and I superglued the zipper in myself. Loctite super glue GEL.

Thanks for the advice, I decided to glue the zip in myself, I managed to get glue on the teath of the first zip I used so I had to start again, this time I applied a thin strip of masking tape over the teath of the zip while glueing it in. And I used a few clothes pegs to hold the zip in place while the glue dried.

Here's another one, to be honest the suit looks better in the dark from a distance if you know what i mean. The rubies cowl let it down really and I had't got round to cropping the tops of the boots and there's still a few other things that could be better.
I had a couple of smoke grenades which I used to make an entrance at the party, shame I didn't get any pictures of that.
