There will be a new suit in the film. Probably a result of getting his butt kicked and possibly back broke.
It will be an all new suit, take it to the bank.

Also all you armor makers start getting your materials ready, mold making stuff, etc. A lot of bros are gonna want to have the new suit. Gear up.
BTW Nolan has no say in it. There always has to be a new suit. No matter how much they wanted him they will not give in on that.
Plus I think he wants a new suit for each film, but that is just my opinion, even if he does not they won't give him a choice. It's a fact. New film, new suit.
