Re: Dijon30's Comic Suit: Finally Geared Up

Looking good bro! Love the whole get up... Everything from the cowl to the belt is awesome! :cheers The one thing I would change is the gloves... Looks a little out of place to me!... Just my 2 cents! Bottom line is that I love it reminds me of BTAS a little! If I ever do the yellow oval I was going to use that one also.... Guess not anymore! :rollin

Thanks Gents. The one thing I will be adjusting is the torso. I tried my sonar chest under the compression suit for definition, but it did not stay put very well (flaired out the sides). Also going to look at a belly buster this morning.

Agree 100%. Here are my original gloves I bought and will be using for the TDKR premiere.

The gloves I am using for the Kids Fest are a thinner, customs search glove which I think will do better for shaking hands, etc.

Look like you stepped out of a comic book.

Re: Dijon30's Comic Suit: Revamped again... BatTexan 52 Cowl/Gauntlets and Custom 52 Boots

I've been active in this community for two years now and finally no longer have any of my original gear. This shot was at a charity event last March (the fellow playing Spider-Man was spot-on in personality and presence...) The Reevz Code of the Knight cowl is a fantastic piece, but it was a bit large on me. My sense was this project was not quite finished.

Image

Tom's 52 cowl and gauntlets floored me when he first posted them, and they fit me just right. I will incorporate his Hush emblem for my Lee Bermejo suit when it is completed but the Eastbay compression will need to serve the fast approaching Halloween season.

The pleather cape has flown to another home. Now the lighter Bob Kieffer cape takes its place.

The last original piece to go are my Gotham 100's. They served their purpose, but I really liked this 52 design for boots.

A great artist in Illinois was recommended and these are the beauties he made. I could not be happier with the results.

Hopefully, I am done for awhile...
