Arkham Origins Pepakura progress
So...I had a thread a while back with my Arkham Origins build in it. It turned out okay, I guess, but the models I used weren't exactly the best, and there were tons of problems in the fiberglass and bondo stages because I'd never worked with those materials before. I got to wear the suit to the midnight premiere of Origins, and it even started falling apart there.
So I got the game. Then I got trusty ol' uModel out, and I ripped the models from the game engine. I'm working on the unfolding process now, and when I'm finished I'll post them here so anyone who likes can snag 'em.
Here's what I've got so far:
Chest:
Back:
Thigh:
Shin:
Upper arm:
Lower arm:
I've also got the hi-res models for the Thrillkiller cowl, the Dark Knight Returns cowl, the Knightfall suit, New 52, Noel, Injustice, the Robin suit from Origins, and the Origins Deathstroke armor and mask. I'll be working on those next.
I'm also planning on building a modified version of the Noel suit as my next build...unless I get started on my Deadpool idea first.

Re: Arkham Origins Pepakura progress
UPDATE!
No new pics yet, but I'm working on finishing this baby up. Due to popular demand, I'll be posting the origins files when they are finished. They aren't password protected, so feel free to resize and arrange them as you see fit.
If all goes according to plan, look for the pep files early next week.

Re: Arkham Origins Pepakura progress
Awesome. Thanks. Thinking about mounting the armor to a tight fitting flack vest, mando style.

Re: Arkham Origins Pepakura progress
Gauntlets are unfolded, boots are on the slab for unfolding tonight. Hopefully I'll have some pieces up tonight, but I can't promise anything, as I'm not sure what time I'll be getting home. If I don't get called in for drill weekend this time, I should have files ready for posting by Sunday night. Thank you guys for checking back in with me and being patient.
Life has been chaos here. I'm struggling to catch up. The military hasn't scheduled me very kindly as of late.
Also, I started the gauntlet build. I'll post updates as that progresses. With any luck, I should have resin and fiberglass done on the test gauntlet in about 2 weeks. I'm testing an insert to keep the gauntlet as close to one piece as possible, so I hope it works...
