Finally finished my leg armor guys. Not100% happy with them, will most likely be redoing them in the near future. But I will use these for my photo shoot. Working on a new set of shin guards.

Does the leg armor limit mobility at all or are you still able to crouch and move about pretty easily in them?

Mobility is still good. I was worried about them rubbing together when I walk but it doesn't seem to be an issue. I can still crouch pretty good in them as well. It was difficult to find a happy medium, trying to make them as close to the game model but also make them as comfortable as possible.

A quick rundown of how I did the bicep armor.

First I cut out the bicep shape, then sanded the edges nice and smooth with my dremmel.

Next I used my heat gun to heat up the back side for shaping. I used this thing at the foot of my bed frame.

Next I sanded down the edges to be more of a 90 degree angle.%20Uploads/[sign in to see URL]]--Log in or sign up to see linked image content--%20Uploads/[sign in to see URL]]--Log in or sign up to see linked image content--

Next I drew a line just a bit inside the edges all the way around.%20Uploads/[sign in to see URL]]--Log in or sign up to see linked image content--

Here's where it gets a bit tricky. I took my dremmel and at an angle you sand up to and along the line.%20Uploads/[sign in to see URL]]--Log in or sign up to see linked image content--%20Uploads/[sign in to see URL]]--Log in or sign up to see linked image content--%20Uploads/[sign in to see URL]]--Log in or sign up to see linked image content--%20Uploads/[sign in to see URL]]--Log in or sign up to see linked image content--

Next I hit it with my heat gun and smoothed out the sanding marks with my fingers.%20Uploads/[sign in to see URL]]--Log in or sign up to see linked image content--%20Uploads/[sign in to see URL]]--Log in or sign up to see linked image content--

That's it! Now just need to Plasti Dip.

Does the material of the foam need to be this thick to have it bend in two directions? I'm sortov' a rookie when it comes to this "heat-gun" thing.
