undersuit/armor

I recently recieved my undersuit in the mail and want to attach my armor to it but wanted to know, once the armor is attached how do you put the suit on and off as the undersuit I have is a .5mm wetsuit and one piece..I find it a bit challenging to put the suit on with the armor as the suit stretches...Any suggestions?

I've done two suits on a .5mm wetsuit. Best thing to do is wear tights under it to help get it on and off. Yes, it will be hot. Also implement a few ice packs along your back to help with the heat. But the best thing getting it on and off is having tights on underneath and having someone help you too!

Re: undersuit/armor

I used DAP cement for my latex armor and regular locktite for urethane.

 Now for the weird part.

You'll need to have a buddy/gf/wife... whoever, wrap your body in suran wrap. The DAP (or whatever glue you use) will seep through lycra or urethane and burn the crap out of you so the suran wrap protects you. Also, the smell will be very harsh so do it in a garage or well, very well ventilated area.

Tony's advice regarding "suiting up" is sound. Regarding glueing the armor on it depends on what the armor is made of. If latex you can use dap as Tony said, Goop or just about any superglue (Loctite or Zap brands seem to be the best). If the suit is urethane you're pretty much stuck with the superglue (of go the expensive route with smooth-on's urebond.

Hi guys, I'n new here, and new to this world of custumes, I ordered a TDKR "Armor kit" all urethane, but I,m concerned about how to make the mesh suit to gule the pieces, is found this mesh fabric that I think could work (Link) http://www.ahh.biz/mesh/mesh_nylon_hex_3mm.php

What u guys think?

Looks like it would work. I believe the real mesh is no longer available.
