My Arkham Asylum Villains: The Joker, Two-Face, Scarecrow, Blackmask

Some of you know that over the past couple of years I have been making Arkham Asylum inmate uniforms.

During the first week of April, I will be directing a big Arkham Esacape photo shoot with CosAwesome Studio. I will also turn over the part of Batman to a friend as I am taking the role of the Joker this time around.

Last night I whipped up a quick and dirty Scarecrow (I still need to add the stitching, especially around the mouth area) from a burlap sack and a child's vinyl skull face mask.

Black Mask was made from a really nice, but cheap skull mask (the same I used last year for Skeletor).

My Joker prognostics came from JesterFX, and I sculpted and cast the Two-Face piece. I am still trying to figure out the makeup for the Joker. I'm terrible at it. For the photo shoot, I am having out own Ashley (thecreepingbam) do my makeup. Ashely will either be Harley my Harley or Catwoman. We are still coordinating with other costumers and photographers.

The Joker dynamite was made from Styrofoam rods, gorilla tape, parachute cord and a resin copy of the 1990 Kenner Joker Cycle head (I couldn't justify tearing up my original for the prop so I copied it).

I finished the Scarecrow mask last night.
I'm very happy with the way it turned out. It was made completely out of found objects. The only cost I had was buying a bigger sewing needle and glue.

Update!: My Arkham Asylum Villains: The Joker, Two-Face, Scarecrow, Blackmask

I finished Scarecrow. I added stitching and weathered the burlap a little more before coating it with clear Plastidip. I'm quite please with how he turned out.
