BATMAN WORKSHOP IRONHEAD STUDIOS JOSE FERNANDEZ Some insight in the making of a suit. Some rather stupid jokes from Conan...but overall interesting to see José Fernandez in his Studio.

His studio is up in North Hollywood, near Burman Industries and less than a half a mile away from "Scranton Business Park" where they filmed The Office. I was just up that way last week picking up tint at Burmans. And everytime I go I am tempted to go into Ironhead. But you can only bug a guy so much about Batsuits.
I can tell you that the cowl was very fragile because it was thin so it could move, the cape isnt latex, and overall the suits held up very well. Also Ironhead didnt do the JL movie batsuit. It went to a different studio. Not sure if people knew that or not.

I wonder if the reason for that is because they gave home no credit On DOJ. I know I would be pissed and say something.

Jose said "This is his livlihood" With that said he did say what of the main materials were but out of respect for him taking the time to answer my questions and in order to not have him shy away from answering anything in the future I simply am choosing not to share this.
It isnt some exotic material or anything.
