Potentially the greatest superhero movie of all time!!!
Doom Patrol. Best super team ever, some of the finest fucked up comics ever written by the hand of man.
Movie in the works, will no doubt be **** – but I’m still excited.

Re: Potentially the greatest superhero movie of all time!!!
There is something deep in the recesses of my mind that makes me think I might have read those comics as a child. Talk about cobwebs! Great heads up GA. :up

The Morrison/Case stuff was some great twisted reading! Hopefully the movie will be like that.

I think it's unlikley that the movie will follow Morrisions "plots" at all. I mean - just no, hollywood simply doesn't have the guts.
How the hell would you pitch "it's the x-men but existentialist/surrealist; dealing with themes of alienation, personality breakdown brought on by childhood rape and padded out with a touch of cross gender alchemy - Oh and the secret headquarters is a sentient transvestite street."
We will get the easy-reader version: but I'm still psyched to see what they come up with.
