Actually, I think the results have been impressive and think the Challenge motivated the participants to go beyond their previous routine or to even develop a more effective one by the looks of it.

I deffinetly agree. The results are great so far. Sorry I miss worded my sectence. I ment that the turnout was lackluster.
Hopefully though the results that we achive will motivate more to join next time.

I would love to see a thread to keep me motivated... I was doing good there for a while going 3 or even 4 days a week for about 2 hours at a time for about 4 months, but then about a month ago, lost it the rhythm I had going. I need to get back into it.
Arnold is REALLY OUT OF SHAPE now his politics to worry about he has let the Politics get the best of him & he is not in shape anymore at all...
THIS is what happens when you let yourself go for to long...

Are you sure that pic is recent? IIRC, he looked like that after heart surgery or whatever before T3.
My opinion on a Fitness Section is this...there are other boards out there that do it better. Freetrainers.com or LeanandStrong.com spring to mind. FT has a workout program you can design for whatever you want. There's message boards for help and/or support and/or questions. I don't really see the need for one here.

Going to the gym should become part of your daily routine, i go at 6am before work 4 mornings a week for around 2 hours, still motivated, never missed a workout in over a year,
and yes that is a old arnold pic before T3.
arnie is still my hero of the bodybuilding world, for his age he is still in great shape

i just baught a total gym (type of ) and have free weights it is all about making the decision to do it every morning! or when you have the time..
oh and tha pic of Arnold! man sad to see! comparing that to his comando days!!!! wow

Thanks to this thread I have gone back to the gym this week & I'm back on my reguler schedule!
It's cool that Arnold was able to get himself back into shape for T3. Found that pic on the net a while back
Sad, Sense I posted that picture my wife showed me a new beach pic of him on the cover of some Paparazi Magazine this month... it's a 2006 best & worst celebrity beach bodies issue...
Seems that after T3 he has let himself get out of shape again. Wish he would get himself back into shape again... His arms are still kind of big but the rest has lost shape... With what he knows about bodybuilding, I Bet he can get himself back into shape in a matter of just a few months if we wants to. maybe he is just taking a break...

It's called Muscle Memory, if the term is correct. Ah-nuld could get back into shape quickly for a film if he wanted. Where as someone like myself can never attain the look he has. Or used to have, I should say. I'm pretty close to that pic now! :lol

Look guys and Gal thanks for the interest. All i was saying i spend my time on the internet floating between here and e-bay and i would like to help any of my fellow Bat buddys with Training. Im a qualified Personal Trainer and have been in better shape than i am now but thats another story. I have been training for over 10 years haveing started at 21 years of age. I have seen it all Atkins, STEROIDS, Diet drugs you name it i have used it or now someone that has. Training ideas filling suit cases up with rocks for weights. Pulling cars on a Sunday moring to work legs. Filling large petrol cans up and walking them round the block for shoulders traps legs etc. These are old time strong man techniques and they work. This is why i started this thread and would be happy to help most trainers and have the know how and the books if its not in my head. Thanks for joining in. :cookoo
