I am looking at it for an '89 suit.

Re: Anyone use Extreme Design FX's generic armor???

I believe there are quite a few that have used their armor, but I'm not sure of how many have used it for an '89 suit specifically. I use the female armor for my suit, I'm pretty fond of it. If you decide you want to go with that, be assured that their work is top notch and you won't be disappointed with anything they make.

I've never seen it up close, but I can clearly see their work is awesome.
As for an '89,yes they have armor modeled off the '89 suit, but it's not exact. It's more 'generic',but based on the '89 armor. They did it that way on purpose because if they wanted it to be exact,it would be.
I believe Shawn's(reevz666) '89 is Xtreme's chest armor and it looks pretty damn good.

YES!!! The WORK IS AWESOME!! When I first opened the BOX it was in I didn't think to much of it, but after mounting & Triming it to fit the sholders (The Sholders were way to wide for me) it is a site to see. I'm Really happy with it. :) :batman

Allen, which chest plate is that? Is that their Supra Male Chest Armor, Male Chest Armor, or what(What is it listed as on their site)? I'm thinking of using one of those two for my suit. I'm glad to see compliments here for XDFX, considering theyre the ones I want to buy from.

Looks good. Did you have to trim down the neck to fit the cowl over it? And what type of cowl is that you used? Looks very slick.

This is great stuff... I am probably going to have to pick up one of Xtreme's suits... I may have to trim the supra leg armor up a little bit, but I think this is going to make a pretty sweet little suit... I need a cowl... Thanks guys, as I said, that pic has pretty much made my mind up about the chest armor... And what do you mean about trimming up the shoulders??? What exactly did you trim up?
