89 Belt - Gold Vs. Yellow
since i have been a member here i have learned alot of things about the batman costumes. i am curious about something.
i have seen afew versions of the Keaton belt. one that is completely made of latex rubber and one that has a resin buckle. (or am i wrong?) in any case, they are in both yellow and gold. my question is why are there 2 different colors and which do you fellow 89'ers prefer?
please, everyone give a comment, i'm interested to read about your prefernces.

A dirty gold belt looks the best for BOTH the '89 and Returns suit, in my opinion... More authentic, too!

Gold/Brassish is accurate, yellow isn't. Some prefer yellow because it is more comic book looking. In a couple of promo shots for the 89 suit, Keaton is wearing a yellow belt, but it is in fact a goldish, brassish color.

If you're going for a movie suit, I'd say the gold/brass look is better looking.

I have both colors, and think that the gold looks better -- actually makes the batsuit look a bit more menacing. The yellow seems to make it look more like a "costume" if that makes any sense.

If you are going movie accuracy, the gold one is better.
Personally, I like the look of a fully yellow belt because it gives you that comic book feel to it. The black belts go well with the latex suits too.
