Yup...it's on there now....there's a total of 3 pegs that all the gadgets on the dress up belt hook up to that you can take off an modify onto the rubies belt...i'll post the full tutorial with pix later tonight

Okay...here's the tutorial with pix...
1. First off, of course you need the Rubies belt and the Kids DresS Up belt that you can find at Target or TRU
Rubies belt
Target / TRU Dress up belt
2. As you can see on the Kids Dress up belt, the "metal" pouches are detachable. There are a total of 2 pouches on the Kids Belt....unfortunately, they made one slightly smaller than the other for some weird reason...but no biggie...Go ahead a leave off the pouches and the GPS/phone device so that you can see all the pegs on the belt with the screws.
3. Go ahead an unsrew all 3 pegs from the belt. You'll end up with the peg with the screw in it and the backing that holds the screw in place (the backing isn't really necessary, just for reinforcement).
4. Go ahead and take 3 links from the Rubies belt (i'm sure all of us have extra links from the extra belts we ordered). For each one, you will make a small hole big enough for the screw. I used the point of an exacto knife and just twisted until the hole was big enough and then attached the pegs with the screws to the holes you just made...again, you dont have to use the backing....its up to you
5. Now go ahead and reattach the link back to the Rubies belt any place that you like and clip on the pouches / GPS device
6. Paint it with the Krylon Gilded Brass Spray paint like everyone is suggesting in other threads...(i still have to do this step too)
7. Presto chango, you know have a Begins Belt with two functional pouches
