I wonder.... could you take a closer pic of where the Nike and leather extension are sewn together? both from the external view and maybe (if possible to get a clear pic) from inside?

I'll just post it here for everyone.
I hope this makes sense...
Two different leathers are used. One very thick for the initial boot conversion and the other very thin for the final look. I used DAP to glue the thin leather to the new boot/sneaker. Started at the bottom and worked my way up....just like life.
I think the pics speak for themselves,but any questions,shoot.

Yeah Mike,I have bad luck with that. :laugh
I took progression shots when I did these,as well as for the '89 boots,but had a computer meltdown and lost them all. :frown
Also,this was the only pair of Returns boots I did and I had A LOT of money riding on them,so I had to get it right the first time.
