Cool. Now *thatt's* the kind of Batman imagery I'd like to see on film - not neccessarily the blood, just the general composition, lighting, faithful suit and "glowing" eyes.

no disrespect to either you or dark talon...but your ideal batman film includes images of him brutally murdering criminals by removing their faces with a batarang?...but with less blood?...maybe it's me...but i don't really see that as batman...i like the picture...it's quite well done...i think it'd be really cool...if it were another character...
"faithful suit"
the bane mask with bat-ears is more faithful than which movie suit?...skott

Re: How to beef up a Gen.2 Begins cowl
No offence taken bro.
One thing to remember when looking at the pic though....it was NEVER meant to be taken as Batman actually doing the damage....just a Batman "based" character.

i figured that...and as a batman-ish character (dark talon i assume?)...it's cool...in much the same way that many comic characters based on batman (shadowhawk, punisher, midnighter) can do things that are fine for that character but not all appropriate for batman...like i said...i quite like the picture...but it's not the kind of imagery i (and i assume most) would want to see in a batman film...skott

I didn't mean the violence the character was doing, just the way he *looks*... to be honest I wasn't quite sure what was going on in the pic, whether or not Batman had just found a body or something. Now I'm aware that it wasn't really meant to be Batman.
As I said in the other post, I was talking "the general composition, lighting, faithful suit and "glowing" eyes." Not what "Batman" was actually doing to someone - he'd never do that sort of thing.

I was talking more of the colours. The suit looks a bit lighter than the cape (though it could just be the lighting doing that).

Re: How to beef up a Gen.2 Begins cowl
does the version 2 cowl have longer ears? i went to a halloween shop the other day that had two versions of the begins, i didnt see one of them up close, but the one that i actually looked at closely had longer ears, but no velco and no rubies tags attached, could it just have been a reproduction?
