Returns Flesh Cowl - Pics
It's really a challenge keeping everything under controll with this superhero promotion being done next week..but I'm sure we'll get through it OK!
At first it seemed like only 1 Returns cowl was needed...well, we'll need 2 so I took the opportunity this time to really show what the advantages of Flesh really are...
It comes out of the mold already inked..no painting required....
This casting comes out between 1/4 inch thick and 1/2 inch thick but it still has great flexible qualities to it.....
Also, you'll notice that it doesnt crease or buckle when you try to force it to bend...look at the back of the neck. With some of the latex cowls I've been sent to paint (almost ready BTW) you cant do that let alone stretch the chin area like I'm doing above...look at the back of the neck how it flows with the neck even though it's bent all the way back...
Side and back shots....No side seams but the back has a hairline seam strait down the middle..
I really love this material...to me it's just the best thing since sliced bread. I've got a full suit in the works with this stuff....I think it will surprise a few of you to see just what this stuff can do when you're wearing it....

heh heh heh...BTW that damn ice Robin suit you made I think was ground breaking on so many levels. Who ever didnt see it in person really missed out because the pics dont do it justice!
