Re: JANTY’S NEW CLOONEY-KEVLAR® COWL!
Hear, hear, Jants and Brin! The Kevlar lately being experimented with is not fabricated and tested for ballistic and piercing ratings, and there's a contractual disclaimer of liability should anyone wish to trade for these "fine new items." And DAVIDYR1 or anyone else considering trading in Kevlar, should you see this post and want a copy of the language, yours truly will be happy to provide it.
:cheers

I will be doing some field testing on a heavily lined Kevlar suit very soon. Should be interesting seeing what would happen to a real Batman being blasted at by professional gunmen. :happy

Sounds like too much time on your hands to me.

Re: JANTY’S NEW CLOONEY-KEVLAR® COWL!
I miss the days when I had too much time on my hands. :grumble
But in the dojo that I am part of, we do shooting seminars and often go out to the desert, shooting ranges etc.. where we practice shooting. Everyone at my dojo wants me to put one of my Batman suits on a mannequin and we all can take turns shooting at it, which is shaped like a man so it's also good target practice. It's going to be interesting to see how the other side of the kevlar reinforced armor will look after being shot. Pictures will be posted soon after.
