Im no expert in this area, but since everyone else is away...

1st port of call - go back to where/who you bought it and ask them what they used.

I used GUNZE paint and thinner (a Japanese Brand) and using a airbrush to paint my urethane 89 Belt and it works fine. Don't know if it works on FleshII. Hope this helps.

If its Davids Flesh material it cant be painted, nor was it ever, unless you painted it?

Well....BadLove is right.... :huh

They come out of the mold tinted...not painted afterwords.
What is peeling off?? There is no paint on it...did you paint it yourself????

Give me all the details you can and I'll see how I can assist you best. :)

Hi David, nice to "see" you again.
Well I've sent you a couple of mails to explain that. When I got the suit, I followed the instructions to clean it: I washed it with mild water and soap, and after it was completely dried, I sprayed Armor All protectant on the suit, but the tint (sorry I thought it was painted) started to dissapear, and I don't like the look the suit has now (black with grey spots all around). What can I do to fix this?? I want to give the suit that semi glossy look it has in the several movie pics we all have seen. I hope you can help me friend, I'm so worried about this.
Thanks and take care
Francisco

Hey buddy,
OK...I'm still confused. :)

The cowl is urethane...it does not fade or anthing like that...it's solid black and unless it's not been cleaned, it is infact solid black.

Same with the latex suit....what grey spots are you referring to? The suit had to be clean of all talc powder BEFORE applying the Armor All. If it was not cleaned first and allowed to dry then yes it could have left patches...especially if it was still wet.

Email me the specifics and double check that it was infact AA and not somehting else maybe??
I havent been able to keep up with my emails as of late but seeing as DC has come and gone I can get back to that also.
I'm taking the day off to catch my breath...email me and I'll get back to you later on tonight. Please send the email priority so I can easily find it in my mess of an inbox.
Tinted urethane will not allow for it's color to dissappear...so I'm pretty sure this is something totally unrelated but no worries. We'll get you up and running shortly. :)

Thanks!

david
