My Emblem - Pic
Alright, enough talkin, here's my chest logo now.
Like I said on another thread Bondini grabbed a hold of the logo and the chest piece several times before I was ready for it to. I love the stuff now. In fact you can see the bondini residue from when I wasn't counting on it bonding. I dont know how to get it off but if I can't that's peachy too because this chest piece still rocks.
Someone here told me plasti-dip doesn't stick to urethane(which is what I casted the logo in). I don't see what the problem is. It sticks just fine. And the chest piece looks sexy as hell.

Re: New logo... Finished! PIC!
Yeah in general there hasn't been that much luck with plasti sticking to urethane. $hit almost nothing wants to stick to urethane paint wise when its out of the mold. You have oils and releases and things that need to be removed with solvents like tolulene, acetone, etc before the surface will except a flexible primer. In the auto industry they will use a tech where they kind of sand the piece down to open the cell back up and get the paint to stick.
The bat looks great. If you are having luck with plasti sticking even after the piece is flexed you should share the urethane name and info so we can give it a try.
The zap is super fast there is no adjusting. it looks like the places there on he bottom ripped up a little latex. If you wanted to fix it might need to spray some on there to even it out. Looks good either way bro.

:up I like it very much!
The clue is visible because of the flashlight. Take one without flash, outside, and it will show its beauty better. :)

Nice! If it wouldn't be too much trouble, could you send me an image of the logo you used as a template for that? I'm at [email protected]
