Thanks people! Yeah I did a cut at the opening with a circular shape so that it doesn't bother me on the arm.
I got the design for the glove from this website: How to make gloves
They have a lot of things in there. I used that one, the "modern glove", and of course had to make some modifications because if I used all the same measurements as in the pic my thumb would be huge so it had to be shortened... but anyways the thumb is pretty flexible and I find them confortable.
