Small Pin-holes in Curing Plasti Dip

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I spray it on nice and even leaving a wet, smooth look to it. I let it sit for an hour or so & when I come back, it has dried with all these very tiny holes that look almost like skin pores in the surface. Anyone know what causes this? I've had this happen before, but have just kept putting coats on until it disappears. But this time I'm coating a large piece, whereas before, I was doing small stuff & had a little more control.
