What Kind of Paint for Resin?


I need help... since i dont wanna cast things in resin wich looks like glas when done and cured... i want to mix in colors and cast it like that.

What kind of paint can i mix into the resin?
Waterbased or what?

I'm no expert here,but...
You'll need a tint/coloring that's made specifically for coloring resin. It's not really paint...at least I don't think it is. A while back I tried acrylic paint and it didn't work.
I mix the appropriate amount in part "B",then mix in part "A" and stir really good(based on the very little experience I have with doing it).
If you don't use enough it won't be totally opaque,but if you use too much it won't cure.
Follow the directions when you get some.

Thanks for the info, Im gonna email there i get my resin from about that stuff.
They might have it there.

I thought i asked here first because then if someone wonder the same thing this thread is still here for them.
