Too Tall to be Batman?
I'm 6'4" and I'm starting to think I'm too tall to wear the 89 suit. Usually I've got a gap between the shoulders and the scallops on cowls. The shin guards are too small. The armor is probably gunna' be short too. I'm sorta' bummed. The way this is going I think I may just create a 1:1 statue.
Are there any other tall brothers with 89 suits?

I'm 6'2" and it can be a little odd. The chest piece doesn't come down as far as it should on mine. Or perhaps that's the extra 50 lbs I carry around. Hmmm...

Like Belmont said there are some tall bats out there. No worries :wink

Michael Keaton was(is) 5-10. So am I !! lol
Paul and his brother David are in that 6-4/6-5 range and I can tell you that they make a real good Returns Batman. I have not seen Paul in any '89 suit.
According to what I have read Batman is in the 6' range. Of course Batman is a fictional person.

I'm 6 foot 3 inches.
The key is not height the key is proportional costume pieces for your height. All the costume pieces for 89 currently tend to be on the small to quite small size when you start talking about people our size. Don't give up. Make your own stuff or get stuff from someone big.
The great thing about the big stuff I make is it can be cut down to size and altered. Small stuff can not be enlarged easily.

I'm a little over 6'-2" and my '89 suit fits pretty damn good. :) I think the legs could be slightly longer,but other than that,it's great.
I would suggest contacting DarthChiro/Chiro...Mark D. His new '89 armor is really nice and it looks to be a little bigger than what I have now. See if he'll shoot you some measurements. :wink

just means that when you glue down armor you may have some extra latexing to do of your jumpsuit that will be showing
if your doing the movie suits just get a slickskin wetsuit and dont worry about it
not to tall for bats
to tall for robin though~ :lol
