The batarang measures 11 1/2" from wing tip to wing tip. It was cut from tulip poplar using a rotozip and then sanded smooth. Then I sprayed on about 6-8 coats of glossy polyurethane, sanding it smooth with every layer until you couldn't see the grain when you let the light shine off of it. Then I sprayed 2 layers of plasti-dip. Depending on how user friendly/available the resin is, I may make up a few extra for trade.
