Building the Batmobile 89 Kit
figured some of you here might enjoy this
http://www.action-hq.com/cgi-bin/action-hq/batmobile.html
I'd like a fully built up version of this with working led or fiber lights in it

Holy crap dude!
I want that!
Is the Bandai '89 more accurate than the Ertl '89 by chance?

Re: Building the Batmobile 89 Kit
Yes. It's the only semi-accurate model kit. It's not 100% correct, but much more correct than any other toy/model produced aside from the newer Mattel 1:64 and 1:18 cars.
It's small, but worth it if you like the car enough and have the money.

Re: Building the Batmobile 89 Kit
Notice the big circle underneath the car on the frame. Was this meant to represent the car that can do a 180 degree turn in Batman Returns? Hmmm. Mabey it's just a coincidence.

Re: Building the Batmobile 89 Kit
Apparently this one has a wiring and LED kit to light up the car.

Re: Building the Batmobile 89 Kit
I would buy that(Forever car). Not my favorite Batmobile, but I like much more than the Clooneymobile, which I actually hate.
Patrick,I've seen a handful of Bandai 89 cars on eBay recently. I got one a few years ago for around $40 I think, but expect to go as high as $50-$60. If you get it cheaper, you're doing good.
