Before you mold it,cut it in half and I can show a way do a strong,silent,invisible hinge....if you'd like,of course.(you'd have to mold it in two separate halves,as opposed to one piece and cutting it later,but there's a good reason for it.)

Getting the piece ready to mold took longer than anticipated as I spent more time cleaning it up so it looked its best. I am going to mold the piece as an open backed silicone mold so it will essentially be only the front half with detail. Once that is done I am going to take two castings and mate them back to back to make one solid double sided hero casting. having the open back mold will allow me to make several other half castings which I can chop up and rework into a folding version. Once this is done I will post pics and would appreciate any and all sugestions for hinging the casting halves.
