My '89 Belt Buckle Test Shots (Pics Pgs. 1 & 16)
Hi Bros,
Due to Chinese New Year is coming, the metal factory in China that do the production run for my 89 Belt Buckle will be closing for their New Year vacation soon and I have to pass my resin protoype 89 Buckle to them to make the injection moldings right after I have it done, so I didn't have a chance to share the resin prototype pics with you all, sorry about that!! 
Today I have received the test shot metal 89 Buckle from the metal factory, here are the pics. :toocool
My 89 Buckle consist of 7 parts plus two spring coils. Basically, the constuction is the same as my design drawings which I have posted in this thread: 89 Buckle Design Drawings :wink
First insert the two spring coils into the two post at the back of the middle oval button.
Put the oval button in place on the half side Buckle that has the oval ring.
Then fit on the oval plate on top of it and secure it with 3 screws.
After that, put the locking hook in place and secure it onto the two post of the middle oval button with 2 screws.
Finally, fit on the two metal plates at the back on both halfs of the Buckle.
Finished is like this. 
Simply insert the left half Buckle into the right half Buckle that has the oval button and it will locks itself up. :up
To unlock it, just press the middle oval button will do. :lol

There are still some modification works to be done so that the belt straps can fits better into the Buckle and also needs to do some fine tuning works on the moldings to get the Buckle locks up more better and secure. :raiseeybrow :lol
The final product will be yellow chromed so that the coloring will not get scratch off easily. Though I cannot guarantee I can get the yellow chroming done with the excact color of the screen used one but I will try my best to get the coloring done as close as possible. :p

As for my Panther Buckles, they DEFINATELY will be ready to ship in the beginning of March. I am very very sorry for the long wait Bros, life has been very busy and I really don't have much time to following up on my Bat projects, thanks for your kind understanding everyone!!
