that looks awsome dude. i am thinking of doing one of these myself but out of thick leather and wet moulding it... but that is not for a time yet i have another costume in the works befor that.

here's a little update. I glued in a piece under the nose to hold it in a sloped position rather than the rounded off way it was. It's hard to explain, but you can see in the pics that the nose/cheek area conforms closer to my face now. I really like the way this turned out and I plan on puting some wire screen in front of the black mesh i have in there now to give more of a metallic look to the eyes.
