Foamie Returns Emblem - Pics
It's official I love foamie, I'm brand new to all this craft stuff and I gotta say I'm loving this foamie stuff. It's so easy to work with!!! Here's my first attempt at the Returns type emblem, I know it's not perfect, but I've been stuck at home with the flu and I sorta rushed it. I guess it can only get better. It's a 3 part foamie, yellow foam underneath with the border and bat making up the 3d parts.
has anyone tried making body armor from this foamie stuff, i know its not movie accurate but it would be super cheap for a kids costume

Re: My first attempt at foamie emblem
The emblem looks good dude. Sort of like the one WB uses for all their marketing. Cool!

Re: My first attempt at foamie emblem
Foamies are great, and they are an inexpensive way to make just about anything you want. AND they LOVE Plasti-Dip! Also, you can shape and form them by heating them first. I've made a couple of comic style chest emblems, and I make my metal backed '89 glove armor plates with them.
I know that one or two brothers have done armor with them, but I don't recall who at the moment. Most of the time though, you can best make some really cool little accessories out of that stuff.

Re: My first attempt at foamie emblem
nice job :up Foamies looks excellent, I want to know if its available in the UK :huh You could fashion a fairly decent set of returns body armour from that. Does it come in varying thicknesses?? I can think of so many applications for that :bounce
Cheers bro Colin
