I thought the 1943 serial was more interesting than the '49, though there were some good things about the latter serial. In 1949, we were introduced to Commissioner James Gordon, and both the 1949 Robin and Vicki Vale are alive and well today.

My favorite part from the serial is how Robin says , PAPER PAPER paper. I find it strangely hilarious.
