Me and my girlfriend had a party last week with the theme: Nuthouse.
and slogan:
"come as your favourite split personality"
so as a Batmaniac, I had to go as Two Face
She went as a cute pink girl in a gothic dress.
and she stayed on my right side all evening, the other side was to scary

Afterwards, I switched to a generic evil dark warrior costume. You know how sweaty it gets in those full latex outfits!
