Realistic Batmobiles
Am I wrong or would a nissan skyline sports car work quite well for a realistic batmobile if it was painted black with a bat logo on the bonnet?

Re: A realistic batmobile?
Yes, you are wrong. I would say more like a full custom '07 Mustang 500 with twin superchargers.

Yaaa, welcome to the BIG cave. Post some photos of the car, in whatever altered state it may be in!
I'm experiementing with some kind of modern Acura sports car thing. I like the very thin rear window, (which would be bullet-proof of course).

Welcome to the cave.
I like both of those cars... I'm not much of a muscle car guy but that mustang looks awesome.

Re: A realistic batmobile?
I always thought a realistic batmobile would have to be capable of off roading and some serious tactical driving. Nothing too fancy looking or low to the ground.
I can't think of anything off the top of my head, though.
But big wheels, and raised up so it doesn't bottom out.

Re: A realistic batmobile?
I always imagined a Hyundai Coupe as a realistic Batmobile. Also something that can be affordable; for me anyway!
With some nice fins on the back i dont think it would look too bad!

Re: A realistic batmobile?
I've always thought the Corvette Stingray (not the new model)looked the part with those huge muscle wings and massive wheels. has anyone got a picture of one? I do remember watching a detective series in the 80's and the suspect was driving one in black and a witness described it as a batman car. I cant remember which programme though, probably Columbo. :huh
