Yes, you are wrong. I would say more like a full custom '07 Mustang 500 with twin superchargers.

The Mustang would be my first choice as well. Below, a retro choice (1971 Ford Thunderbird), painted in an appropriate manner:

I also would go for a Corvette, as well as a Mazda RX-8.

There are so many new cars out there that would make a good batmobile! l like the new mercedes sports car, or what was that care that John Travolta drove in Swordfish? that was very hot!!!! and finally i have always thought that the Monti Carlo SS from the late 80's early 90's would make a good version of the "66".

Saleen S7, handmade in California!! It gets bonus points, because it's MADE IN AMERICA!! YAAA!!
They are not even waist high, very fast, grrreat sounding. If you ever see one you will not forget the experience.

A BLACK Saleen S7 twin turbo, made in America
It's a LONG car, but also lower than waist high. Low center of gravity at high speeds and long like the 66 and 89 Batmobiles!!!

:dancespot :toocool :up emoticon :drummer :soon :batman
